Marketing 360

All-in-one marketing platform aimed at local small businesses: website, CRM, email, social, PPC, reviews

What it does

Marketing 360 is an all-in-one marketing platform + agency-services hybrid for small local businesses. Website builder, CRM, email marketing, SMS, social posting, reputation management, SEO tooling, paid ads management (Google, Meta), and reporting dashboards. Bundled with a "marketing executive" (their term for a dedicated account manager who runs ads and campaigns on your behalf). Positioned as "everything a local SMB needs to do marketing, plus a human running it." Aimed at trades, med spas, dentists, chiropractors, and other main-street businesses that don't want to hire a marketer.

Key features

Website BuilderCRMEmail MarketingSocial MediaReviewsPPC Management

Integrates with

Google Business Profile, Meta, Google Ads

Who this fits

  • Local service businesses (trades, med spas, dental, chiropractic, home services)
  • Small ecommerce brands wanting bundled ads + email + site management
  • Restaurants and hospitality doing local marketing
  • Founders who want a platform + a human running it (agency-lite model)
  • SMBs graduating from doing marketing themselves and can't afford a real agency

Who it does NOT fit

  • B2B SaaS or tech companies (wrong audience/mix)
  • Enterprises with in-house marketing teams
  • Agencies (Marketing 360 IS an agency-lite offering, would compete)
  • DIY founders who want maximum control (this bundles management)
  • Buyers who need best-in-class in any one category (ClickFunnels + Klaviyo + HubSpot each beat Marketing 360 in their specialty)

Pricing

- Software-only plans: ~$95-395/mo depending on modules - Bundled with managed services (ads spend, marketing exec): typically $1,000-5,000+/mo total including ad spend - Setup fees may apply - Ad spend is passed through separately from platform/service fees Pricing is heavily quote-based when managed services are included. Get the itemized breakdown before signing.

Real gotchas

  • Managed services quality varies by account manager. Ask for team continuity commitments
  • The all-in-one platform is functional but not best-in-class in any category
  • Ad spend and platform fee are separate line items. Understand what you're paying for
  • Contract terms usually 6-12 month minimums
  • Data portability out of Marketing 360 is limited. You own the ad accounts but not always the site/CRM data structure
  • Reporting dashboards look polished but attribution is often over-simplified
  • Some upsells (SEO, reputation, more modules) stack up quickly
  • Not a fit for buyers who want to run their own paid campaigns; this bundles the agency

Integrations that matter

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Yelp, native SMS/email, WordPress (limited), Zapier, native CRM, DirectMail (some tiers), reputation management via native modules.

Otto’s take on this tool

Recommend Marketing 360 when: business is a local SMB (trades, med spa, dental, home services, restaurant); business_size is 1-25; pain_point is "I don't want to do marketing myself and can't afford a real agency"; and the buyer wants a bundle of software + a dedicated marketing exec. Pairs with a real local-listing tool (BrightLocal for review management), Google Business Profile ownership, and basic accounting integration. Do NOT recommend for B2B SaaS, agencies, or DIY founders who want maximum control. Flag the contract terms and pass-through ad spend proactively.

Editor's curated reviews

225 reviews across TrustPilot - avg 3.8/5

Curated by Otto from TrustPilot public reviews (fetched 2026-08-31). 225 reviews at a 3.8 headline with a heavily bimodal 61% 5-star / 36% 1-star split. The weighted LTD math (~3.51) tracks the 3.8 headline, so this is directional signal not distortion. The 5-star cluster is dominated by named-rep-thanks reviews for project managers and account leads (Jenn, Paul Richardson, Adriann, Kresta, Faith, Brandon) - a legitimate signal shape for a done-for-you marketing agency where the account rep IS the product experience. The 36% 1-star cluster is the more important signal for a prospective buyer and shows a consistent multi-year-agency pattern: (1) $10k-25k in ad-spend + fees with buyers reporting zero attributable leads, (2) contracts described as difficult to exit, and (3) at least one report of harassing follow-up texts after cancellation. Full-service marketing agencies of this shape almost always deliver very different results to different clients depending on the assigned rep and vertical - the 5-star and 1-star clusters are BOTH real, and which one you land in is largely a function of your local market, your assigned team, and how tight your own reporting is on lead attribution. Verify the specific named team you would be assigned to, ask for reference customers in your industry, and instrument your own CRM-side attribution independently before committing to a long-term contract. G2 and Capterra were consulted for aggregate context but not directly cited here (source-access limits). Not user-submitted on Ottomately.
