Waalaxy

LinkedIn automation Chrome extension for outreach: connection requests, message sequences, follow-ups

What it does

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn (and email) outbound automation tool. Install a Chrome extension, connect your LinkedIn, drag prospects into a sequence, and it sends connection requests, follow-ups, InMails, and email touches on autopilot. Templates cover invite-then-message, invite-then-email, visit-then-invite, and multichannel drips. Built-in CRM tracks replies and campaign status. Focused on solo operators and small teams doing B2B prospecting who don't want to run a full outbound stack.

Integrates with

LinkedIn, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce

Who this fits

  • Solo founders and consultants prospecting on LinkedIn
  • Small B2B sales teams (1-10 SDRs) running outbound
  • Recruiters sourcing candidates via LinkedIn
  • Agencies doing lead-gen for clients (with proper approval)
  • Anyone doing manual LinkedIn outreach who wants to 5x volume without hiring an SDR

Who it does NOT fit

  • Teams that already run Sales Navigator + Outreach/Salesloft (redundant)
  • B2C or ecommerce (LinkedIn is not the channel)
  • Anyone whose ICP doesn't live on LinkedIn (trades, local services)
  • Teams with strict compliance/legal on automation (LinkedIn ToS gray area)
  • Enterprise sales orgs that need real orchestration + attribution

Pricing

- Free: limited invitations/mo, basic features, one campaign - Advanced: ~$56/mo, higher invitation caps, no email finder, unlimited campaigns - Business: ~$80/mo, email finder credits, CRM synchronization, unlimited campaigns - Team: bundle pricing for multiple seats - Enterprise: quote Prices billed annually often list lower monthly rates. Verify current tier structure at signup.

Real gotchas

  • LinkedIn Terms of Service prohibits automation. Waalaxy runs client-side to reduce risk but the risk is real. Warm the account, throttle volume, don't blast
  • Account bans happen when volume spikes. Ramp gradually
  • Requires your computer to be running (browser-based execution) for many actions unless you upgrade to cloud-based tiers
  • Email finder credits are separate from LinkedIn action credits
  • Inbox management is basic. Complex reply handling belongs in a real CRM
  • LinkedIn changes their UI regularly. Extension breaks occasionally, requires updates
  • Not a replacement for a real CRM. Sync to HubSpot/Pipedrive for actual pipeline management

Integrations that matter

LinkedIn (Chrome extension), Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier, native email sending, Waalaxy Inbox.

Otto’s take on this tool

Recommend Waalaxy when: user is a solo founder, consultant, agency, or small B2B sales team; ICP lives on LinkedIn; pain_point is "manual LinkedIn is slow" or "I need more meetings booked"; and they understand the ToS gray area. Pairs with Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Pipedrive for pipeline, Calendly for booking, and a real ESP for follow-up nurture. Do NOT recommend for enterprise sales orgs (real orchestration tools), non-B2B, or teams with legal sensitivity to automation. Warn about account safety and ramp gradually.

Editor's curated reviews

1,289 reviews across TrustPilot - avg 4.7/5

Curated by Otto from TrustPilot public reviews (fetched 2026-08-31). 1,289 reviews at a 4.7 headline with 82% 5-star and a small but real 3% 1-star cluster - the aggregate math checks out against the distribution. The tool serves LinkedIn prospecting operators, and reviews cluster around campaign-setup speed, acceptance rates, and support (Mya is the most-named rep) - the standard named-rep-thanks pattern is present but legitimate for actively-staffed support teams. The 1-star cluster centers on three specific issues buyers should evaluate before subscribing: (1) refund processing delays after cancellation, (2) LinkedIn message deliverability showing as 'Sponsored' after platform-side changes, and (3) EU-only support timezone friction for US/APAC users. LinkedIn automation carries an ambient account-safety risk that no vendor fully controls - test on a secondary account first if your primary LinkedIn is business-critical. G2 and Capterra were consulted for aggregate context but not directly cited here (source-access limits). Not user-submitted on Ottomately.
