How to set up FlexiQuiz

Read these before you start

• **The free plan caps at 20 responses per month across all quizzes, and every submission counts** - a trainer onboarding a few new hires or a school running a single class assessment blows through it fast, forcing the paid step-up sooner than the marketing suggests (FlexiQuiz Plans page and Hackceleration FlexiQuiz review, 2026).
• Custom certificates, learning paths, self-registration, quiz/course sales, API, and SSO are all paid-plan features - the free plan is a real product but the load-bearing sales tools are behind the paywall.
• No native video hosting - if lessons need to accompany the quiz, host video elsewhere and link.
• Enterprise plan is where SSO lives - single sign-on is not a Premium feature.
• Response cap enforcement is monthly - a spiky launch month can lock you out until reset.

The 7-step setup

   Create your FlexiQuiz account

   Sign up at the link below. Free tier available - no card required. Use your business email so you can invite teammates later.

   Complete the initial onboarding

   Skip the marketing questionnaires when you can. Fill only the fields that actually configure the product - name, timezone, your first workspace or project. If FlexiQuiz pushes you into a setup wizard, take it - it usually accelerates the first productive session.

   Connect your existing tools

   Wire FlexiQuiz into the rest of your stack. The integrations that most people set up first: Zapier and Make cover most workflows (send results to Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce). Webhooks are supported on Premium+. Native integrations are limited compared to a proper LMS.. Do these before importing data - clean integration first, data second.

   Import your existing data (only what you'll actually use)

   Do NOT bulk-import everything. Import the last 30 days of the ONE workflow you're moving over first. Prove it works. Then import more. Big-bang migrations are how FlexiQuiz deployments die in month 3.

   Set up your first real workflow

   Pick the single most-frequent task you'll do in FlexiQuiz - the daily-driver workflow. Configure it end-to-end. Use it live for a week. Do not touch any other feature yet. Adoption failure comes from teams trying to use everything on day one instead of the one thing that actually pays.

   Add your team (if applicable) and set access

   Once your solo workflow works, invite one teammate at a time. Watch them use it. The friction points you missed are the ones they hit. Fix those before scaling to more users. Never invite 20 people at once - you'll get 20 confused people and 0 useful feedback.

   Compound with the right pairings

   Recommend FlexiQuiz when: use case is assessment or certification (not full course delivery), business_size is 1-50, and the alternative under consideration is Google Forms (FlexiQuiz beats it) or a full LMS (FlexiQuiz is lighter and cheaper).
